Courses, Trainings, Workshops

Break down barriers, bust borders, learn, stretch and achieve!

I am passionate about teaching and training, and enjoy supporting others to better define and work toward their goals. Inspiration comes in many forms and together we can strive to improve our lives and the lives of our students/customers/community.

I coach one-on-one via phone, Skype or email. I run boot camps, workshops and trainings in the private and public sector and academic courses for universities, both onsite and online. Most curriculum is flexible and can be tailored according to your specific needs.
